Loretta Feeney
Loretta Feeney was born in 1961 and spent her childhood on Cape Cod. She has been a professional artist, based in the Boston, Massachusetts area for many years. Trained under John Terelack at the Gloucester Academy of Art, later under Sam Barber, and briefly with Henry Hensche. Her fluid and arresting oils have won a number of national awards and prizes in open juried shows, including the American Artists’ Professional League Award.
Loretta also has a studio in Brittany, with a large, grey spider for company and where weeds come up through cracks in the cement floor. But the light is perfect!
This is her first showing in London.
