With twelve years experience at a variety of venues, the home gallery continues to flourish and and in tandem with the many contemporary shows on offer in London, we feel we can give you the time and attention to enjoy our wide selection of pictures and prints at affordable prices.
Works by Richard Meyer and Irene Pascual continue to generate much interest and we are looking forward to seeing the latest Janet Quintrell Treloar watercolours, fresh from her many travels.
After a busy and productive Chelsea Art Fair, we are back footsore and a little weary. We had many visitors to our stand, with sales on our larger pictures, notably of Robert Shaw's very large oils of Staithes, Yorkshire.
FORTHCOMING EXHIBITIONS
Michael Horovitz
Exhibition extended to 20th June 2008.
We look forward to holding Michael’s retrospective at the home gallery over the next few weeks, where there will be the opportunity to view a variety of his works. In many of Horovitz’s visual experiments, verbal and visual lines overlap in an intensely person idiom. Included in this show are drawings, paintings, collages and photomontage, alongside genres Horovitz has evolved over the years – such as Picture-Poems, Bop Art, and what Michael refers to as Jazz Paintry.
He will also be reading from his latest publication, ‘A New Waste Land: Timeship Earth at Nillennium’. Come and join us for one of these dates. With a combination of art, poetry and a glass of wine in hand, what could be better for an evening’s entertainment!
Private viewings will continue over the summer and into the garden, weather permitting, by appointment.
